Okay.
Got the new claim forms and now am getting them filled out. The big B isn’t going so well. Looks like we’ll be getting out of the house sometime soon so the bank can have this money pit back.
I only have one thing to say about that: ALWAYS GET A HOME INSPECTION!!!
If I had had one done, Iwould NOT have bought this joint.
